They owe me 92 quid. I've reached out through multiple ways (email, phone, chat, facebook), but no one’s gotten back to me. Honestly, I missed the memo about needing a prescription for lenses, since that’s not how it usually goes with other places. They wanted my prescription, and I said I don’t have one. Since then, it’s been radio silence, even after I asked for my money back through PayPal. Not a peep. Next up, I’ll be contacting my credit card company.

I paid for my lenses but haven't received them. I've sent a bunch of emails and messages, but no one has replied. I even tried calling, but the number's disconnected. Now I've found an address, so I'm planning to pay them a visit.

Absolutely terrible customer experience. I ordered my lenses on a Saturday morning and paid for delivery, thinking they’d arrive by Tuesday at the latest, like other companies usually do. But nope, they didn’t show up until Friday! I had to call their customer service line over 20 or 30 times on Monday and Tuesday. Finally, on Wednesday, they picked up and said, 'We’re off on Monday and Tuesday.' Seriously, you should put that info on your website! It was only after I threatened to ask for a refund that they finally got moving. An hour later, I got an email saying my lenses were shipped. To top it all off, the package arrived in a small, damaged brown box that wasn’t even sealed right. The lid was wide open, no tape or anything to keep it closed. Just poor service all around, and I won’t be shopping here again. I only chose them for the student discount and extra lenses (which, by the way, were just 5 lenses), but that doesn’t make up for how bad the service was. Do yourself a favor and spend your money somewhere else.
